I would say 'noobs' only in the areas of PK and dirty politics, I think. Ranhoth has been around for a while and has always had members with good roleplaying as well as producing the very entertaining Common Tater. Perhaps in the world that it sometimes seems like the MUD is becoming, they are newbies because they don't all know how to defend themselves or their guild from attack - probably because they've never given someone incentive to attack them.
