I assume this 'trick' to getting around failkills isn't a bug...but I really don't care enough to find it out.
I was glad when they introduced this, because I honestly am not a PK-er at heart, I just did it because so many of my guildmates were being killed by ER's...felt we needed to strike back.

No, ER's have their very own pking grounds in Khamul's and Moria because those areas are regionless!
