By the way he acted, I call him a newbie. He was blocked at North rammas, and then travelto returned. Not very bright, when you're a few rooms from safety.
Sorry to say, that just because someone is not level 19 doesn't make them a newbie. Arkath was in Edoras trying to kill an FR, so he got what was coming to him.
