If you're going to remove that outpost from the failkill list, you need to remove Gundabad, STS, SRS, Dale fields, every orc camp in FR lands as well as Pelennor, the corsair ship in Linhir and a good deal of other places.
Or in concealed outpost...
I like how two of the top golding spots for FRs, and the only two spots for some guilds thanks to KRs, are open to ER PK. Awesome! FRs should be able hide in pelt herds and kill ERs.
