Actually i killed it with a dsl and no healing, but that's because he was bugged up, wasn't hitting and wouldn't die. Finally some ainur came and sorted it, gave it a bit of health and i headbutted it to death

Sorry, I know he wasn't the first. Only reason I said he was copying Perry is because he also posted a story with it (which he removed, can't blame you for getting me wrong).

Nirrab, she is still soloed easily. You just need a strong prof + strong weap.

Laefang was the first to get close, I remeber he got it DLSG/ND i think. With standard gear, if he was prepared...he would have easily done it.

Perry definitely wasn't the first to solo the dragon. So he can't be copied. I bet Drille and I weren't the first either.

Lame Vermond trying to be clever.

And I had no gala vials or berserk medallion :( would've been a lot easier with either of them.

They changed the Dragon to be stronger the more people...Basically the only way to kill him is solo or 2 man (or take him one at a time).

I thought my log of Dragon was a bit more interesting...Couldn't post it properly but I have it around if anyone wants to see it...A lot more edge or your seat action; me wasting a flask dose, battle neck and neck, me fighting for a few rounds at 0hp, dying, reviving, and seeing the deathcry thing from Tiresias finishing it :P

I dont think any of you remember the first time the dragon was playtested? That was a 100% slaughter, one for the dragon!

As far as I'm aware (and I'm quite happy to be corrected on this), the first time the dragon died, it was to a groun of 20-30+ and half of them died in the 2 rounds it took.

And the first time the dragon died, 6 people took him down (granted one died unfortunately because they didn't leave to heal like they should have *lag*), So its not like its impossible to torch him with a group either, its no difference imho. In fact with some advanced strats you could make incredibly fast minced meat of him with a group of 4-6.

The number of people attacking galadriel has no bearing on how hard she will be. I have seen 2 people kill her without leaving the room, 5 people lose 2 party members, and a 4 man take her down in nearly 6 rounds and 2 mans take nearly 30 minutes trying to kill her and give up. Depends on what specials she trips into doing. If she does that huge burst shit good luck trying to kill her with even 6 people.

Galadriel is not harder with more people. And she was soloed easily before they changed ranger feints. Sorry to disalusion you, but your wrong.

Maybe he didn't show his healing, weapon, etc. so people don't know how much healing they need to bring and so they'll find out how strong the Dragon is by fighting it themselves?

For once, I have to agree with Vermond... Galadriel -is- tougher the more people you bring, or she used to seem so, whenever I was SoU and we'd go kill her.

I did it with less healing. No Gala vials either. still, I was warrior at the time.

Still cool to see though, in 4 attempts to solo/2 man the dragon, I died 3 times. you can say he isnt tough....but I know differently.

Good job, Baklen. fun, isnt it?

On a real note, you seen people do it with less healing?

I'm assassin, fully maxed, had some of the best armour, had beefed skills and I still got my ass wuped. Above average? when was the last time you fucking WENT outside your gh?

You have no fucking room to talk.

Ok, the rage is cooled down. I can commence being rational once again:)

Galadriel doesn't get tougher with more people? I'll just laugh at you, I have seen her tear down whole parties, and then I have seen Athin solo her with a forged sword.

Btw, don't bother posting the tale in a desperate attempt to copy Perry, it sucks even without the bad formatting because it is more about you and your ego than a story.

NPCs like dragon and galadriel get tougher as you bring more people, I have seen people solo galadriel without much trouble and I have seen people solo dragon with no gala vials, medallions or that much of healing. Nice of you to edit out the healing, almost made me think it was something above average.

Arawn, try taking a 5man, or even a 10 man party to carforgoth sometime. His strength does not lie in fighitng single people.

    Couple of things

----(HP:119 EP:116)---- You hit Carforgoth very hard.

Carforgoth scorches you with deadly flames!

    ----(HP:188 EP:201)---- headbutt

----(HP:106 EP:96)---- You hit Carforgoth very hard.

Carforgoth barely misses you with a fireball.

    ----(HP:191 EP:181)---- shape

----(HP:79 EP:36)---- You inflict massive damage to Carforgoth.

Carforgoth barely misses you with a fireball.

Carforgoth grabs you with his claws and SLAMS you into the ground!

----(HP:135 EP:121)---- You massacre Carforgoth with incredible force!

Phials/vials/flask on the ground which you didn't show drinking ?

How exactly did the medallion do 2x10 rounds, instead of the usual 10 (It might be an NPC thing, I've only used the medallion once).
