It has been fixed many times.
I've had it happen more than once to me in Mordor, and I just got a feedback the other day saying it was fixed and I was rewarded. Apparently not?

Sometimes you even get fail kill message even though in you're in combat already... I experienced it a few times... Senario : Chase started at SU, then went to SOR, kept typing k target.. It flashes failkill, wierd.
The common combat bug that has been around for a while now that randomly stops combat most likely occurred precisely before Jubal hit the stab alias. Bad luck.

So anyhow got anything do say about the stab in mid combat? Im guessing something messed up with failkill...although Tortuga did'nt change region or pass a battle point...
That was... wrong. Anyway, ER's lost two uniques due to a bug! At least for this boot, vengeance is sweet. *snickers
