Just wandering around Edoras...

The main street of Edoras leads south from the gate. It is a broad
path, which leads steadily up the great hill. Spaced along the way
are several short flights of stairs. Beside the road a swift
stream of water flows in a stone channel. There are many houses on
either side of the path as it winds its way up the hill. To the east
is a small stone guard house, to the west a building with a plaque on
its door.

The figure your eyes fall upon is robed in a beautiful hue of the deepest blue, and stands as tall as the ancient kings. The robe is tied at his slim waist with a sash of gold, and an inch-wide hem of silver adorns the robe, set with blood red high elven runes. The hood of the robe casts dark shadows, hiding his dusky features, but when his head raises a pair of brown eyes stare out, shining with a fanatical mirth. He is of rank, that can be said, but his aims and designs seem not the most gentle.
The man has pure, almost classically elven features, but a slight stubble hides a blue gash on the underside of his jaw.
Dalkar looks like a very influential person indeed.
