Urkar, all I have to go on is my personal experience with it, in which my stab did all of 27 hp. Nevertheless, the sword worked well enough for me to have taken Hellflame down enough that he broke me at North Rammas.

Nice log, but poor choice of weapons. I never tested it out fully, but this one time I went after Hellflame with my FR assassin using a Sapphy. He managed to get away, but after the battle he said my backstab did all of 27 HP. In short, I'm pretty sure sapphy sucks in PVP.
