This is a rough estimation of player calibur.  It isnt based on any concrete data.
     Only what I see on the game, hear about, ask others about, and read.  Here's  
     what is important to me.  Solo killing, game knowledge, party leading, 
     improvisation, and planning.  Basically if you do something good, thats taken 
     into account.  If you do something bad, that is too.

     Feel free to post comments on why someone should be added, and what tier they
     should be added to.  Also feel free to post a reason why someone should be 
     moved up or town.

     Green indicates players that have done something good, and are on the rise.
     Red indicates players that have done something bad, and are on the fall.


Within each tier is an alphabetical listing.
