I know the theme - i used to preach it in the same sorta way as a Beorn. Your theme has swayed from moral to impartial depending on your GM over the years. I always prefferd the moral side. Made more sence.
BKD is impartial because we care only about ourselves. Dwarves have a strong hatred for orcs and the evil of sauron but this does not mean we are willing to follow the exact moral guidelines of other guilds. If you want our aid then deal with our impartial nature. I can assure you that Azer and any other bkd could care less what other moral gms think. Loyalty exist only to the brotherhood and fellow dwarves. Our sole focus is to retake Khazad-Dum. Logically, perhaps we should unite with other moral guilds to help our main goal indirectly. But we are not the most logical race out there. Hopefully this helps explain our theme, I am sure this concept is confusing to some since we do not force ourselves into the black/white only mentality.

If I was Carver and or whom ever the Gala GM is, I would treat BKD as any ER. Since they cause MORE harm in there home lands than any ER does.

Whenever I see a raid going on, it seems BkD has the main force of the war party. It was like that a year ago, and still is. If I were to rate all the free race guilds in terms of being against evils, I'd place BkD at the top.

And I hate to break it to your ignorant ass but killing moral NPCs for your own benefit less they're BP guards isn't helping Evils. It doesn't define your RP either unless all you interact with are NPCs. Durms work closely with ERs, you get EQ from them and you cooperate on PKs. Either you're completely oblivious or just very full of shit. BkD has been up leading the front when it comes to fighting ERs for a long time. So nah, this war ain't hypocritical Delgaur.

Well, thats not my understanding of them. Im there to be a killer, or at least try. That in itself is evil yes. But im a moral aligned orc killer :p
Impartial=Not a align, it is a state of mind or atleast i think so. We do what suit us best. If we make most gold from killing in linhir so be it. But Durms have evils questing for them so they don't need to be out and about getting them self in danger. There is a big diffrence there. And as Athin told me, Durms theme is being evil, then they should serve. If they are slaves of Sauron they shouldnt be 'labeld' as free races.

It's kinda sad to see Evils giving gear to Durms that is a 'moral' guild. Also Durms getting the protection from 'evil' guilds and 'evil' players.
