You bet your ass it's lame. However Durms seek to gain the benefits of FR lands and lawsys protection while enjoying the benefits that ERs have. Now, if this situation was reversed the ERs would smash the hell of out the player/group untill they feel they have been subdued or forced to stop go elsewhere.

There's definitely a difference between 4-manning a random level 14 who walks into the room and you attack him just because his name shows up in frcolor, and killing someone who has done you personal harm and knows who is after him.
I just got done reading a few comment threads where Letina decided to flame people for participating in bangs. Lo and behold, here she is 4 manning a lvl 14. What a hypocrite, although I would really prefer to call her a douche.
