I agree with you, but I heard some other reports were cause of Azer's nuke.
Not only was it no longer your, or the victim's, decision whether or not you were being harassed, but when trying to straighten out that you weren't, not sexually, anyway, you, or the would-be victim, got nuked too? Oh well, I'm not really any more surprised than I was to find myself nuked without even knowing why.

This has been on my mind since my last comment... What exactly was it you lied about Letina? If this was indeed the incident that caused Azer and my own nukes, and this was also the one you supposedly lied about, leading to your own nuke.
Seems to me if for instance someone got wrongfully nuked because of something you said, and it later turned out that it was actually a lie... well...
Maybe it's all just Draugluin deciding who's harassing who, and taking action from now on, meh. I suppose questioning that privilege of his was what you got nuked for :P

I take it that was what triggered this, then? Makes little sense to me seeing as how you could have left the room at any given time, and when you started expressing how little you appreciated the treatment, you were let out, alive, with your gear returned. Quite frankly, with all the verbal abuse you put me through afterwards, I think I have the right to feel more harassed than you ever should, Letina. I basically got nuked for you being ignorant, and for not wanting to harass you. I never wanted to upset you or do anything you might feel offended by, but I bet if I'd merely killed you instead of... not killing you, it wouldn't be labelled as 'harassment'. Oh well. It's my first nuke in god knows how many years here, with no warnings on (this) record to boot, yet it makes about as much sense as the first warning Draugluin gave me. Sad Azer got thrown into the mix, though, can't see why that happened at all.

I law reported Byron for pissing me off and talking shit to me about PoT and randomly attacking me. I said nothing of Azer, when I saw him get nuked I tried telling Draugluin that he had nothing to do with it, then I got nuked. The end.
hmm, i was there too and the conversation was slighty 'sexually' coloured. But as poledancing might become an Olympic sport soon, i think to call that conversation sexual harassment is way over the top. But more importantly; i checked with Letina afterwards because someone told me she was offended by the incident. She told me she had absolutely no problem with the situation. Au contriare, she laughed her a.. eh head off. As harassment involves 'unwelcomeness' its absolutely impossible to call that incident harassment. Letina did tell me she was a pi... eh angry with Byron because of the attack. Never expected her to law report that one though.
About the note; we all had a good laugh over it, slammed down some kegs and then started with the usual golding.

Heh, none of that constitutes as sexual harassment. I have no idea whatsoever why I got nuked, but people told me it had something todo with Letina so i'm basically just trying to make sense of the situation here.
Another version i heard is (From Letina and others): Letina law reported Byron and the PoL figured he'd throw me in the mix since i was present in the room at the time it happened or something. And then when she tried to tell him I had nothing todo with it, she got nuked as well.
I have no fucking clue, but like I said, Maybe I won't have to settle for these assumptions if I get ahold of the PoL.

Well, sexual harassment? It's either the scenario where Byron mercied Letina in our bar and had uninvited her from the connecting room so she was sorta locked. But he made it possible for her to leave again when she told him to stop (There's also a command called flee). Or a note I wrote on the BkD board cause someone mentioned the term PoT sex slave and i made a joke about how we should monopolize that market and sell them off to other FR guilds since we're so rich. That note got removed I'm told, so it might have something todo with it. I have no clue really. I guess I'll get more clearity on the issue if i get a chance to speak to the current PoL.
