Serving is a joke. You are assuming Letina called Wrekker. When in fact I called Wrekker. She didn't know. So please stop assuming.
I think the fact that when Brubaker needed backup he called FRs, and when Letina needed backup she called ERs kind of puts her pretty firmly in the ER camp.
So it's not really Kelos helping Brubaker against an FR, it's Kelos helping and FR against an ER collaborator.
And note: It wasn't just Letina getting saved by ERs, it was Letina actively trying to turn it around and PK with ERs. Might as well serve.
