It used to be if you attacked someone solo right out in the open at a singpost, even if they had no eq, you had a tough time getting that kill unless you got pretty lucky or it was a complete noob. Looking at a lot of these logs, its not like that anymore, they aren't safe anywhere if you get a good stab.
