I did something like this once... only against much harder guards. And more of them too! I want to do it again some time ;)
Did they cap the skills boost it will give? If not, put merciful on, get you and your friends to collect as many horses as possible - Like 20-30 or something - and attack your friend after your skills go as high as they will. See how much damage a regular hit and a headbutt will do!

You can spawn infinite guards at Linhir. Or could if uptimes weren't so finite.
Not sure if you still can do this, but i remember before you could bug that place and spawn like as many guards as you wanted. 2 wizards i think it was lightninged all of them to death :)

I used to do that, before they nerfed feint! Grabbed 15ish guards and just plowed em. :) Easy.
