I've always looked at the noob combo the same way i look at everything else, even in this game.
Use it, or die by it.
The plasma rifle rocks for the sole reason it slows your enemy down.

or how they call the plasma pistol/ battle rifle como the 'noob combo' because it's annoying as heck when someone rapes your face off with it.
Same reason ppl call the Plasma Pistol in halo the noob pistol. And why shotguns are generally referred to as 'The Equalizer'
Cause your a noob if you don't turn it on!
Because an experienced player wouldn't need to see in the dark. They'd just know...
