The SS only depends on your alignment... not the alignment of whatever you're attacking. At least from what I remember. And yeah, for a weapon with the stats that the SS has, it reliably hits less than any other weapon with stats within like 10 points of it. I can't explain it, but that's how it is.

Exactly, Vermond, it sux against evils, and, with some exceptions, most of the idiots in this game are evils! So the conclusion is the sword sux! Besides, you have to be evil to wield it and who would want to do all the nasty alignment quests:(

What the hell is it with you people? Who lets people this stupid get shadow sword? You have one of the only good weapons in the game with a shift grip. You can change from two hands to one without a busy round, and do it in between combat rounds so you don't lose your precious 2handed damage bonus. STOP DROPPING YOUR HEALING. God, if I'M giving pk advice, you need to shape up.
