The noob combo is where you charge up your plasma gun and shoot it at somebody, and if it hits them it takes away their entire shield, then you switch to a battle rifle and shoot them once and they die. It happens very quick, so people call it the noob combo because they can't handle losing!

Backup = sensible, Alkath used it in the next 2 logs and you can never quite tell if there's someone camo'd in these situations .(where both sides have a bit of time to prepare) Sure 1 on 1's are great fun but i'd rather have extra options and not use them than hope your opponant is after the same showdown you are.

Alkath isn't bitter in the slightest. Bakal is disappointed that the battle didn't continue to be 1v1. I would have liked the log better if it was 1v1 to the death.
