Yeah... Interesting. I guess I was thinking of desecate which seems to be a pretty seldom-used word. I was trying to dump large sums of money from the guild vault at the time, so the emotes were made rather hastily. There's a pretty blatant typo in the kill message too.

No no, nothing against you Win. It was a good kill, I'd just never seen that weapon before, and the emote you got on the stab makes me angry.

On further inspection, the word they _might_ have been looking for is 'Desecate', which is the action of cutting crops in a manner such as a scythe. It's still a terrible verb to use in this context, and it's horribly mispelled. ...and it isn't even in every dictionary!

...dessicate? That's not even a word! And desiccate, the proper spelling of the word... to dry up? What the hell, is this a mummy sword or something? Oh, yes, I see, two blows that draw so much blood that Stobhach becomes an anhydrous dwarf. That's why he was getting hit so much afterwards; he had lost all the moisture in his body, so he was only 14% his original size and couldn't move.
I thought weapons were QC'd?
