Actually, when I killed him, I was operating under the assumption that he was BKD. After the kill, however, I talked to him, he told me that he was denied, I returned gear and gave him some gold for the report.
If anything it hurts Delkin. Now his fines are higher and all he got out of it was a crappy log.
This is the kind of thing that will lead to other guilds and players joining bkd. Its not a smart thing to do; you don't gain anything from it.

Uh, wow. So if there don't happen to be any BKD on for 20 minutes in the future and you can't find any former applicants, are you going to start killing Megs and Amruin for being allied with us? And if none of them are on, are you going to kill people for auctioning items which we bought?
Your reasoning seems pretty shady to me. Closer to a randomkill than a war kill.
