Well he did a whole lot of not moving the entire time I was stalking him and he hadn't responded when I was talking in westron to him even though he moved after I talked to him.
If you are level 19 and don't know what Perrota slashes into you, sculpting your flesh!! means then you probably shouldn't be in mordor.
