Yeah... I don't think any of that has been changed. I can't recall a time you could shield any special attacks.
Protect has the issue, I think, but that's more to do with the way mels attacks npcs. I think. Mels wielder can be shielded, last I used it at least.
BTW since when does mels not go through shielding?
I could of sworn it always did this. Also the person wielding can't be shielded or protect.

As an archer a simple trigger of Y todo kill (person) and your focued on that target no matter what.

I don't see how I hid in an inn, I double broke you like a goon. So the outcome didn't change. I got away, unless during that double break a dark arrow pwned me. But alas it did not. Sad thing is, I was ready for this bullshit, and everyone FAILED to meet me at edoras when Jared and you were in MT, then you walked in etc etc. Again, I said take some orome to counter his ulmo, focus brubaker cause he has mels. Did any of this shit happen? Of course not. I also told Regorn to run thinking I was the one hunted. I was not and lost hunt do to ulmo. Second, I told Mog to run, In that time I rented in inn, invited and was back at signpost.
