This is a comfortable room that is crowded with people. There
are relaxing benches laid around the room which people may rest on
as they view the items up for bid. At the head of the room is a
platform on which the auctioneer stands. There is a large table
on which the item up for bidding is placed upon, and a lectern
which the auctioneer stands behind. Rules are posted on a huge sign
hanging on the wall.
A ledger can be seen hung on the wall.
The only obvious exit is south.
