Created by log Converter(tm)! I know everyone usually thinks these things are lame. (Actually I think they are as well.) But I figured it wouldn't be fair for me to just leave without saying good bye or thank you and all that jazz, so here goes. First off, I would just like to say that if I forget to mention your name it's not because I don't like you, it's because well, I just plain forgot to mention it:. I want to thank all the Ainur first off for creating such a great game. It's truly a work of art. You guys have created Tolkin's world wonderfully. (Seemingly a little too addicting, but I guess that just goes to show you have created a great mud.) To all my friends in every guild I have been in, it has been awesome. Thanks for all the good times and what not. Usually entertaining our selves while golding, making fun of each other and screwing around. I never was much of a pker, I would say my playing style was mostly questing and golding. I enjoyed exploring. Later on in my mud career I tried to pickup player killing. I never was all that good at it. Though I would tend to get lucky every once in a while. Fyng taught me a bit but I guess I was always just way too much of a noob to know where my targe was on finds, and what huntbreaks to trigger at the right time. But I defiantly had fun, which was my main goal. Now before I dive into telling who my alts were and all that, I would also like to say; I was always a strong advocate for total character separation. I believed in trying your best at 100% character separation, something that I feel is very lacking in the mud today. But that can be expected after all, it is a game. I don't think it is possible for 100% character separation, but I defiantly tried and I'm happy that I was able to do well at it. Anyway, Keep this in mind as you read my alts if I attacked you with an alt and was a friend with another, I doesn't mean I don't like you or I'm a backstabber, just that like I said. I was all for character separation. Adoni the dwarf (Level 20 warrior fully maxed in everything) (105k banked at time of departure) Adoni was my first character on the mud, and my main. I created KV with my good friend Armath, after he suicided, I left the mud as well for a while. I came back and joined BkD. I was a faithful member to BkD, donated about 125k to the vault, sat on the council for about 4 or 5 months. There was some discrepancy toward the end of my career which resulted in some false accusations and my soon to follow removal from BkD. I still remained friend with everyone in BkD after all even though I didn't agree with how and what happened. I understood why it had to be done. I was told I could return, but I decided I didn't want a place in a guild that could not trust me in the hard times. Shortly after all this is when I decided my time in this game has come to an end. Sadren the dunedain (Level 20 wizard fully maxed in everything) (72k banked at time of departure) Sadren was created for some diversity, started out as a thief to level up then was made into a wizard. I really enjoyed the wizard profession; I guess that's why I played him more toward the end of my mudding career. Anyway, he was in KoTN since the clan stage, was great friends with Pounder, and carried out Pounder's final wishes as he would want with KoTN. Soon after KoTN's disbandment I joined Durmanhoth. About 2 weeks after I joined the first war with BkD started. That kind of threw me off a bit, but I decided to stick with my character separation as best I could. That war was short which was a relief. However a more devastating war was on the horizon, during that war I killed a few Bkd's but also with Adoni killed a few Durmanhoth. Call me schizophrenic, but it's how I believe the game should be played. : Gurlach the uruk-hai (lvl 19 archer fully maxed out at 5d aging, first time I ever did that so I thought it an accomplishment) (70k banked at time of departure) Anyway, Gurlach was my first and only ER, basically created him to learn ER lands and try out the ER side of things. Was one of the strongest fighters for trying to keep fighters in the game, I petitioned it a few times, mailed and talked to Ainur about it. Obviously to no avail I still think fighter was the most fun profession ever played. However I never was around for sheriffs, I hear they were really cool as well. Hotham the dunedain (lvl 19 assassin fully maxed) (8k banked at time of departure) Yes. I was Hotham. : And it's pronounced Ho tham, guess I should have looked closer when choosing a name. but oh well. Not much to say about Hotham, I basically played him a jerk and a ruthless pker. I had some great times in Udungul trying to revive it after Amearn and co. trashed it. Later I left and just pked a couple people and then sat around and did nothing with him. Negev the dunedain (lvl 19 assassin fully maxed until recent death) (68k banked at time of departure) I think this goes without saying, but you can keep that 60k Khaun : Petty much the same story as Hotham, created to try and learn pking. Was an archer for a while, but Gurlach took on that role. Had some great times in GV though I never really was all that active with Negev. And I'm sorry Proof and Brutis, I was just trying to have some last minute fun, call me a jerk or whatever. But just remember it's a game, please don't take it personally. Heck if I see you, I'll give you both 10 bucks in real life if you really feel that bad about it. Tragen the hobbit (lvl 14 thief, stats of lvl 17 just couldn't get that dang exp) (17k banked at time of departure) Again not much to say about him. Originally was named Jarus, was in Ranhoth, called Scapegoat a noob at bree sp and some dork logged it and mailed it to him. Soon after I got kicked out. Basically ran around doing thiefy stuff. Stole a few uniques from alexa and fun with him. I had a few more that are no longer in the game due to past suicides. I was Crazyeyes, Ilik, Quickdog (My first ever character, product of the Nathicana classroom.) All in all, I had a great time playing this game. Again I want to say thank you to everyone who I played with and against. It's been a great ride. I wish the best of luck to everyone in real life and in the game. I have asked the Ainur to hardban me, to make sure I'm not tempted to pull what I did a year and a half ago and come back. If at some point any of you find yourselves in central NY feel free to contact me, I'll come show you around the good 'ol town of Herkimer! Ha Ha, but all kidding aside, if you want to contact me feel free:) Aim - Quickman6 Email - alowishsc@yahoo.com Phone - What do you think I'm nuts? :P
