By virtue of the fact that there are 5 times as many FRs as ERs on at most times, being an ER should be inherently dangerous everywhere.

There's a fairly big difference between happening to wander into DG and showing up there fully geared within 3 minutes of logging on and just happening, coincidentally of course, to stumble across a trapped enemy.
And what the hell is wrong with Gizmalin showing up to DG? Its an ER stronghold.
