Well, Saruman is kind of imprisoned by now an all anyways. Not to mention, just reading 'Nazg Haitol enters Barad-dur in search of the one ring' on auction tags of BD gear that NH quested makes me sick :P As if Saruman would've ever commanded his uruks to search for the ring in Mordor.. I'd think Sauron would most likely know if his ring was in BD :P There's plenty of other things.. but its a rather pointless discussion
Well I don't know about that, I know of two people who have Durms but that's it. Possibly there are more. As for cheating, I don't know that you're the best person to point cheats out:P

NH is awesome. It has A: My ER in it, B: Almost no KRs given that it's Uruk only and C: A bunch of stinking rich necromancers who know what they're doing.
If Aule had a clue they would have gone guild ages ago. But apparently he doesn't think that Uruk-Hai exist under Saruman at this point in time in the game. Because out of the tens of thousands he had, every single one was killed...Balderdash!

No, his alt is. Which opens a whole new tin of MP violations that I can't be bothered to go into. Durbs have no KR's now the quests in question were fixed.
Activity is fine in NH. They warred Durbs because Durbs suck and have no idea what they're doing. As it stands Durbs have something like 5million in KR fines because they choose a theme that meant they couldn't kill anything lower in alignment than impartial. And Gizmalin is not a member of Nazg Haitol.

Well both Gizmalin and Azrylar are members, and that is the same clan that in its legion form declared war on Durbatuluk simply because they wanted to go guild first. For the record who got to guild first? Activity I guess is a down side for a clan full of durm alts.
