That depends on the the type of color blindness that they have, Kalmah. In fact, I have a bad case of red green color blindness. You're definetely right, I am able to see colours, but depending on the shades, I'm unable to distinguish between them. On the other hand, a good friend of mine is completely unable to see all colours, basically it's a tinged grey world for him as he's explained to me.
oh.. well, you know how colour blind people just can't distinguish between certain colours.. I see being 'no colour blind' as basically people being unable to distinguish between black and white as they are not colours and see it as something else, say blue or whatever. meh

Yes! But I am NO colour blind which means I cannot see no colour! That, or I'm faking the disability in order to get out of reading logs with no colours and collect welfare.
Color blindness, or color vision deficiency, in humans is the inability to perceive differences between some or all colors that other people can distinguish.
You can still see it, you just don't know wtf the actual colour is :P
