He's the only one to leave the guild (either by choice or expulsion) with the intention of rejoining. People we party with or invite to the guildhall but aren't members aren't doing anything different than what they've been doing for the past 6 to 8 months and it's perfectly legal.

Pollux wasn't the only one to draw attempts.

I don't think anyone's whining or complaining here. BkD spammed some law reports based on frivolous claims that were completely unsubstantiated, and we found that pretty amusing for a couple days. Now that we've gotten our chuckle out of it and we can tell them why Pollux wasn't a member this last week, I'm sure they'll agree that there was no foul play.

Your in a mutual war, what do you expect?:P

Yeah, it's been certainly an inconvenience that Pollux hasn't been able to be a member because of those goofed up KRs. But on the other hand, giving Skyman pause to think about fines when he mass attempts people is kind of nice.

That said, I dont expect to be considered exempt by BKD, but all of the warring members(who are active) can tell you as much as I haven't lost a stride in my assistance of the guild. In addition to being able drawing fines, I do also have to pay to attack. It should have been obvious after the first attack that I was not a member, and to continue to complain after you attack me and I report you seems a little silly.

He left a few days before you re-declared mutual war because he was helping an RL friend level a newbie character and killed like 15 dwarven miners in Belegost without really thinking, which is a KR for us. So rather than paying the 75k in fines, Pollux left for a couple weeks, which seemed pretty reasonable. Please readjust your tin foil hats accordingly.

Well it probably doesn't deserve a law report, but the fact that he left the guild when mutual warfare started solely so he could report anyone who tried to kill him means that this little bastard deserves every death he gets. And come on, it's not like he doesn't use Durm eq, have an invite to the Durm guildhall, and help Durms in any other way possible. Just look at the Kargorth log, there he is, partied up with Durms. And you expect BkD to leave him be?

As long as he continues to ACT like a Durm, he IS a Durm, even if he's not on the member list.

In war bangs have never been extremely wrong, sure it isnt very stylish but war isnt about style points, it's about making the other guild fear you.

Anvik, banging is what your guild mostly does. To counter that, the other guild really ought to come back with bangs of their own.

The problem with BKD is that they're dwarves. And dwarves are like Scottish midgets. Who the fuck wants to be a midget Scot?!

Yeah, in war bangs are the way togo. And BKD bang parties in the past was sweet.

See the problem with BkD is that they don't bang enough. They really need to stop trying to do things solo just because it looks flashy, and just come back with their own bangs. It's ugly but it gets the job done.

Lol Anvik. They where gonna attack a durm at MT, that is for a durm atleast very close to the GH. It's durms own fault as i see it, they try to run to GH when they get attacked in Edoras, what do you think they will do when they are in MT?

well leave and enter again would have done the trick, but he might not have known it was that time. Plus all he had todo was alias to old alexa or whatever, whole party was demonic.
