Wanted people can be attacked anywhere, and in any condition. Ie: they can be attacked in a courthouse, and they can be attacked whilst idle. Not sure why 'kill exhalev' would give 'You can not attack an idle player.' or whatever, considering headbutt and backstab worked..
Also, perfect to average with a scratch backstab? wtf?
I'm wondering how he got the initial backstab when just a few rounds into combat the legend says Exhalev was idle for over 16 minutes.
Maybe something else overlooked with the new handcuff changes.
Well, he had been baiting/innbreaking...so there really was no point...also, I didn't think you could put someone out of their misery while wanted so I was spamming bandage.
