    You enter the Grand Foyer of the Durmanhoth guild, the private
society of specialized problem solvers.  The entire room bespeaks of 
silent efficiency as hidden shadows flicker across a floor of jet black 
marble, with the guild's crest emblazoned in it's center.  Gazing past
four columns of darkened marble, you can make out a set of gigantic
double doors in the center of the north wall.  The edges of the door-
frame are gilded in a jagged gold pattern that seems to come alive in
the surrounding firelight.  Two immense black iron sconces, each 
holding a torch, are set into the marble wall on either side of the 
doors.  Ancient tapestries align the walls on both sides and extend 
upwards into darkness.  Sofas form semi-circles around two fireplaces
located in both of the southern corners.
    The only obvious exits are west, out and north.
