Me and Skyman attempt Exhalev near Rhosgobel, he finds his way to Framsburg
and breaks - Him and Skyman have a bit of a brawl in the barracks, I am unable
to enter as im an Evil Race. Im set outside for his great escape. . .

     incentive to merge with other guilds - they get to have a museum,
     help come up with a quest for it, and their balances (perhaps +10%?)

huge barracks look fairly recently built and well maintained.  The sturdy
walls are made of stone.  The front door is large and firmly closed.  
There is a sign on the wall next to the door.  The path to the door is
worn badly.  There is a lot of dust in the air which seems to be coming
from the street outside.

The north door is locked.
    The only obvious exits are south and north.
