Whether you care if you are pked depends on a lot of stuff. There have been times when I've been pked and didn't care one bit. Once I got 7manned at the bottom of the mordor well including MELS, and both powdered and dark arrows. There was absolutely nothing I could have done aside from getting lucky, so I didn't care at all. This was even back when deaths costed a lot more. I actually had a nice laugh when I died that time.
If its someone you hate, then you're not going to like dying, if its someone you like and you put up a good fight, then its not going to bother you much. If you made a mistake and its 100% your fault that you died, then its going to be annoying, if there wasn't much you could do, then you won't mind. If you learn a lesson out of it, its going to hurt less too.
In my experience, no one can honestly say, that they didnt care that they died. It just shows that your mature enough to try to take it on the chin instead of having a childish outburst and threaten to kill people irl like some mudders i've known.
If you dont care about dying, at least care about the person who gave you the set of gear you lost without remorse.

I knew I was going to die, because I looked at vedalhan's keyring and knew that was coming. I didn't care about dying because I haven't been playing too often. Yes it was a horrible attempt because it was poorly timed. Telnet has its disadvantages with timing. All in all good set up by those three.
