Due to huge price-increases in the various alchemical
commodity markets, frequent users of certain "hand-healing"
items will find availability to be rather diminished.
Rumour has it that supplies of certain vials will be rather
less vigorous, and that quantities of certain potions will
be rather less dreamy.
Apparently this means that VoV and Dream Phial is Unique. And since you don't
see anything else on the comm then talk about this, leets use log o mania
