From across all of Arda, card lovers flock to Minas Tirith with heavy
purses.  A formerly abandoned vault on the first level of the city is
once more to be the home of vast wealth, as Anor turns the White City a
healthy shade of $HIY$gold$0$.

This Friday June 27th, the Nar-i-Anor will host a night of Texas Hold'em
Poker for any who think they have the luck, the skill, or the poker face
to take home the winnings.  The details are as follows:

Game: Texas Hold'Em Poker
Buy in: 1000 gold
Playing Fee: 200 gold (all blinds go to pot)

Players wishing to "take their money and run" before the night's end
will incur a 25% loss on their winnings above 1000 (this will be evenly
distributed amongst remaining players, in the interest of maintaining
the game.

For example, Bob comes in with 1k to play. When he reaches 5k, he
decides he wants to cut his losses. With 4 other players, this would
bring the total purse down to 1k. So 1000 of Bob's winnings will be
shared amongst the other 4 players so that more money remains in play.

Rather than having a constant gold exchange, chips will be used to play
and then cashed in should you survive the night.

Anybody causing trouble in the gameroom will be removed. A small
variety of good food and drink will be available on request.  Depending
on interest, there may be a small waiting list to play (10 player
maximum at any one time)
