Because a vague, unsubstantiated claim makes it 'comfortable' to make assumptions, doesn't mean that said assumptions become logical justification for the action they're hiding in the first place.

Sure, maybe your friend got a claim at a unique and you were on your level 1 char so you kept claim for him. That's really not that big of a deal. It's not like you switched to your higher level char or anything, and it was a one-time instance. Notice that your nuke reason says CHRONIC inability. It's probably safe to assume you were often sharing equipment between your chars and that kind of shit. At this point it's really not worth arguing though. Besides, it's not like it's hard to level up a new character when you can borrow/receive as much gold as you need.

The funny thing about his equation is that really with his 'equation', he might as well have just said Miroth > Mordhred because the rest of it isn't even an insult but rather he is complementing you by saying you are better or at least equal to horseshit. Actually Shabba brings up a good point indirectly, say you know the person via offgame methods (IM/RL/Their your dad), and you tell them I am creating this character and its level one. There is absolutely nothing MP about actually doing that. Now... IF you are using the level one because you CANNOT use your main character to get that claim, that is a blatant MP abuse and you definitely SHOULD be nuked (especially if you ever touch that weapon with your main).
Please don't talk about MP in a log that features a herkie, unless you talk about the herkie doing it.

So instead you told a friend. Did your level 1 meet up with that guy totally separately and become friends somehow? Also, the MP file says (or used to say guessing they changed it), not to share knowledge between chars. So your level 1 wouldn't know that the sword is good, or unique, or how to get there. I don't agree that level 1s can hold a claim. This log is pretty dumb.

Hirgail, it's exactly the opposite of MP. I was playing a lvl 1, noticed the sword was in. I could have jumped into another alt and got it myself, then that would have been MP.

Not really. A lowbie has no chance of getting the item themselves, no matter how much healing they use. If someone wants to claim something, they should use a char capable of actually doing the quest or killing the npc.
A lowbie sitting at a claim is just as much a real person as anyone else and therefore deserves just as much respect as you would show anyone else. A lowbie sitting at a claim is also wasting the same amount of rl time as would anyone else. The only circumstance that allows you to claimjump lowbies without this turning you into a ordinary bully is if the lowbie is not waiting for someone else and yet keeps refusing to sell the claim, ie is just being a prick. Or if you already have a personal feud with them.

He didn't try to pick on a level 1. To him, Tarkus was getting the sword, as is shown by his actions. You were just a random player there waiting with a loot trigger, for all he knew. You were the one that approached him after, as well. Quinn comes out on top in this one.

No, Quinn did almost no damage to the NPC, so it wasn't really his kill. If Tarkus was there, they wouldn't be able to loot with a trigger. I think :P

Huh, no. You are wrong. It happened exactly as shown. And that's exactly the point of the whole log. Quinn claiming he knows so much about the game, while he doesn't even know how to trigger to loot a corpse. :D
Regardless of what happened this way or that way, this log is obviously edited at the end. Level 1s are unable to loot corpses that they did not finish with their own deathblow, at least not immediately. Correct me if I'm wrong, but it looks like you edited this to look smooth to save the frantic spam of looting the corpse.
