Theoretically... You can fire one arrow and then fire another one. The chance of that succeeding is approxemately 1/27 and then you have to hope the lightning hits. The mud might hiccup too. But don't say it can't be done... *grins*

...which is why you use silver arrows instead of dark arrows, cos they only knock you unconscious for 3 rounds, and on the 4th round, lightning hits. pity they've been spoilt...like everything else round here.
They work, but you can't lightning the person who got hit by them.
Klouse, for example, doesn't trigger Mordor.
About arrows - they might work, you gotta rely on
