Seems more like a Meg alt to me, since I've run finds on him being at Inner Merc Guild, and he was getting tells from Talan in the log. Anyway, I still think Spartan's funny. Nobody cared about him until he got the whip and started killing people, and we'll all forget him next uptime when he doesn't have it anymore. :P
