Your point is flawed. Despite the fact that there are outliers and exceptions, IQ is a great indicator of intellectual potential. High potential does not mean you're going to be successful. It is still, however, a very useful test.

Duncan killing those 2/3 KoDA (I didn't keep track, but it definitely wasn't 5) went wanted for crimes beyond his attacks on you. The time separation was about two boots between your death and the first KoDA's death.
The cost of deaths is pathetically low, especially compared to the price of good uniques. I think the victims reported, and Duncan's fines are maxxed or near-maxxed, as far as I know. When they died, as I said before, it was late-boot, when our armoury was overfilling; not to mention their equipment was mediocre. When you died, it was a couple hours into the uptime, and you provided us with quite good equipment.
Even if your bullshit idea that you caused two or three kodan deaths is true, we still win. Especially since you didn't any fines from me and no equipment from anyone involved.
