ER's can join the caravan in combat, that was changed a LONG time ago.
Whilst it may not be directly in the middle of a travelto it's 3 commands away from the end of one.
It is however the only route into Far Harad, whereas the FR's have 3 (2 of which are on traveltos). Kadar blocks non evil aligned people, though disguise does work here.
ER's can't disguise align.
ER's can't enter caravan in combat.
My point about ado-edo and riv-rhos are all fr has to do is travelto adornas quickly , etc.
ado-edo and riv-rhos are silly because it is West Arda. ERs can run into Far Harad. And you can always disguise.

Pelargir,Thranduils,MT,Ado-Edo border, Riv/rhos border are all places er can't go (except darking pelargir)
