I was the faded figure, and Delgaur was holding my C, not his. I told Delgaur not to attack, because I had him solo, but I guess he wanted a piece of the action :)

What's totally illogical about this, is that the faded person was faded for anonymity, and Delgaur obviously had Nightfall's contract. And Delgaur only attacks when they have C's so he has low fines. So when the faded guy put him out of his misery, he might as well not have been faded, and Delgaur having his C turned out to be pointless, and Delgaur risked a high attempt fine because of this person. I would have been so pissed off with this other guy if I were you Del :-)
