Sandra in Kadar, or the orc doctor at red sword camp are the only 2 healers that I know of, that heal your ep even if you have full hp.

Seriously, who cares? There are plenty of items/breaks in the game that can lower your health so you can heal EP. It's nothing new and it isnt like it's a trick that should be keept secret, because it aint that big of a advantage
