'Herk' usually refers to intelligence and maturity, not abiding by rules. If it meant persistent cheating, Sean would be the greatest Herk of them all and Cruice would be less of one than most of his opponents. More importantly, the mark of the Herk would not be phrases like
'think i care?'

In reality, I think the consensus was that Hurb, Cruice, Fyng (inclusion sometimes debated), Caenedrin, Talmar, Symric (inclusion sometimes debated), Avirex and the like are Herks, and Ravathir is their king/god. Looking at the names on that list, cheating is certainly not the common thread.
Thus your protests to the contrary actually _support_ the claim that you're a Herk.
