Probably wouldn't be that way if people hadn't been trying their hardest to abuse the system. Hell, there are STILL idiots trying to abuse it; I ran into a couple last month. While it's perhaps a bit excessive, the protection on handcuff breaking at least prevents most such cheating schemes from being effective.
Mirnac, when you type handcuff, you are invulnerable for a LONG period of time.

Tireless, does that include stopping combat with people already in combat with you? Or can noone else jump in and attack you while you are arresting?
lol, that is for sure a stupid change, and that for sure do lessen the risk considerably, but it's still more dangerous then walking in bree.

Mirnac, I'm not sure if you were playing when this change was made but at present if you cuff someone and the cuffs break you can't be attacked (by them or anyone else) for 2 minutes.

I doubt Daywalker would give me credit if I killed a 4 man gang bang using only my sharp wit (wielded). Its okay though. I'm no hater.
Also, you have the risk of getting infected while cuffing him.
Daywalker seriously, stop doing everything you can to discredit megs. Arresting someone like Hellflame usely isnt all to safe considering the possebility you will end up with alot of people on your ass while doing so.
