Well, I didn't like his title. Any real Noldor elf would have killed Cyron and Tarn in nothing more than a few blows, having seen the light of the Trees and grown strong in it. :P
Although, by the same token, any Silvan or Sindar elf would be as strong as if not stronger than men, as well as more agile, hardy, intelligent and charming.
Which is probably why Galadriel doesn't kill everyone in a single hit.
