If he's attacking them as well then there is no ground for calling it harassment since he is keeping it going as well. It's not simply a matter of fighting back, he's not trying to avoid this at all.
Of course this doesn't matter anyway because he's not actually complaining. But if he was, it isn't.
See, you can stand up for yourself and fight back, but that's taking it into your own hands. When you start calling it harassment and expect something to be done about it through the administration, then it's more of an OOC matter and you should leave it OOC - let the admins handle it. By keeping it going you'd only be fueling more attempts/kills and it would be counter-productive. The ainur would likely say you attacked them so they can attack you.
