The passage is very dark and narrow and as you enter you feel suffocated by the darkness which lingers in this room. It is no wonder you cannot see the stairs in the shadows from the room above. Thin tendrils of warm desert-light streak down through the stairwell, barely providing enough light to see and dangles in the musty dust that clouds the air. The walls are roughly dug out of the ground then reinforced with rough bricks, and the stairs are made from the same style bricking. The dirt of the floor is packed hard from the constant traffic through the room. At the far end of what seems an unlit hallway there are two knee-high braziers. A hot, orange aura of light surrounds them, which only lengthens the shadows in the room and gives off an eerie light which almost hypnotizes as you stare into it. The light only partially illuminates the dull steel-plated double doors recessed into the rough-hewn wall. A fearsome Uruk-hai stands guard, blocking unwanted persons from entering. It is no wonder you cannot see the stairs in the shadows from the room above. Thin tendrils of warm desert-light streak down through the stairwell, barely providing enough light to see and dangles in the musty dust that clouds the air. The walls are roughly dug out of the ground then reinforced with rough bricks, and the stairs are made from the same style bricking. The dirt of the floor is packed hard from the constant traffic through the room. At the far end of what seems an unlit hallway there are two knee-high braziers. A hot, orange aura of light surrounds them, which only lengthens the shadows in the room and gives off an eerie light which almost hypnotizes as you stare into it. The light only partially illuminates the dull steel-plated double doors recessed into the rough-hewn wall. A fearsome Uruk-hai stands guard, blocking unwanted persons from entering. The only obvious exits are up and down.
