used as a storage place for corpses and pieces of meat they treat as food.
An abandoned pile of bricks that looks like an old well sits near a window
that looks out to the devastated lands of Mordor.  On the floor, among the
corpses there are also small bags.  You wonder what can be found in them.

go about their business in this huge tower.  You begin to feel intense
fear, accompanied by a sense of being watched--but you cannot locate the
source any more accurately than that it comes from above, high up in this
massive tower.
