You need to get your screenreader to use the voice of Ian McKellen or Jeremy Irons or something. That would own.
Ever tried to use brief? It should also be possible to set a trigger which records your HP, erases it from the screen, and if you add an alias - show it, so you read it. This way you can get the hp only when you need it.
