Really? Use heartbreaker, the inflicts or massacres are as rare as crits. A hit very hard is probably the best thing you can hope for in combat, and like I said before. The only reason the dagger does any amount of good damage is because of the wounds that it can open. Take a look at this log besides the backstab, I got 1 graze, and 1 scratch. I probably did 6hp MAYBE in hits with it. If it wasn't for the heartstrike ability. Trinity would have lived and could have taken a few more rounds to think about typing 'look in well.'

Cruice saying Heartbreaker sucks reminds me of telling everyone how bad sandstorm was because it raped equipment really fast, one big lie to stop something very unbalanced leaving the game. :P
I am not saying Heartbreaker should be nerfed, I like it. But Cruice lets not lie and say it has weak ass hits and misses a lot, the thing owns. :P
I don't know why but Caenedrin picking up the dagger and attacking so quickly was pretty cool/funny.

Well the ability to heartstrike when the target is near death probably makes up for the shitty aim and hits. The only reason this dagger does any kind of decent damage is when you open wounds upon your target. That's if you actually land more than a graze.
