There are elves running to and from everywhere in here! All that you can hear is the rustling of paper over a background buzz of voices. One of the clerks shouts something at you, and goes right back into his work. From the amount of paper being processed in here, you'd think that they were doing logistics for all of Middle-Earth, not just for an army! The only obvious exits are southwest and northeast. You look around, and notice you are almost to the top of the tree. Here the tree starts to thin, and almost starts to look like a normal tree. This place seems to be some kind of waiting area for people waiting to see the Lady and Lord of Lothlórien. To the west you see a checkpoint of some kind. You also see the top of a ladder going down. The only obvious exits are down and west.
